IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All governmental guidelines are strictly followed with regard to COVID restrictions. All surfaces are disinfected and all staff wear masks at all times. Stanchions are used to maintain social distancing and all guests are individually serviced by a candy crew member. We graciously request all guests to wear masks at every event to ensure the safety of everyone.

About the Role
A Retail Sales Associate is responsible for handling various sales activities in a retail store, including facilitating purchases and providing customer service.
Requirements
SKILLS
Friendly, outgoing, people oriented with experience providing exceptional customer service.
Proactive with strong time management and organizational skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional and client centered approach.
Able to work well independently and together with other team members.
Has a can-do attitude and is willing to go above and beyond to exceed client expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting customers as they arrive at the store and offering/providing them with assistance.
Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations.
Processing sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed.
Assisting in inventory management and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor.
Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times.
Completing assigned tasks timely.
Following up with customers on open inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license.
Must be able to work a minimum of 3 weekends per month.
Must be willing to work certain holidays.
Must be able to operate basic business software programs such as MS Office Suite.
Must be able to operate a tablet or iPad computer proficiently.
Must provide professional references.
