RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages the event booking process and ensures timely responses to new Client inquiries in less than 24 hours maintaining or exceeding an inquiry close ratio of 85% or greater.

• Coordinates all event details from ordering necessary event supplies to sending event confirmations, while maintaining clear communication with Curbside team members to ensure the details are executed according to contract. 

• Scheduling crew members for events and maintaining clear communication with Curbside team members to ensure the details are executed according to contract. 

• Works closely with the creative team to develop necessary event materials in a timely manner

• Communicates with clients before, during and after events; follows up

• Ensure event confirmations are sent prior to events, and then upon completion, submitting any necessary invoices and request for feedback email. 

• Maintain client relationships to ensure an outstanding customer experience, and provide follow up calls to Clients thereafter. 

• Completes daily financial tracker report to monitor performance against goals and targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 20 years or older based on insurance carrier requirements to operate our trucks.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Able to operate a large SUV type vehicle.  

• Must be able to clear a criminal background check.

• Must provide reference checks.
